Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after purchase.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Please note that during high-demand periods (e.g. sales or holidays), dispatch may take slightly longer, but we always aim to get your order out as soon as possible.

We offer Australia-wide delivery, with all orders (excluding prints) shipped from Sydney, NSW.

PRINTS: Our prints are a little different from other products because they’re professionally printed and framed by our trusted partner. To make sure your order arrives safely and looking perfect, we ship it straight from them once it’s ready.

Our prints are a little different from other products because they’re professionally printed and framed by our trusted partner, taking care and skill to create. The entire production process takes 8 business days.

We designed this journal with men in mind. In Australia, about 75% of suicide deaths are males, and every day around six men lose their lives to suicide. It’s clear our culture needs more spaces where men can reflect, grow, and connect for themselves and for those they care about. That’s why we crafted something that speaks to men who might not usually vibe with journaling.

That said, the prompts and ideas inside are universal. If our approach resonates with you or someone you know, regardless of gender, this journal could be exactly what you’re looking for.

There’s no right or wrong way. Inside you’ll find a guide to get started, along with prompts and tools if you want direction.

You can also express yourself however you like: draw, sketch, add photos or clippings, anything that helps you capture what you’re feeling and thinking.

The journal includes 80 undated entries. How long it lasts depends on how often you use it.

For example, if you write daily it will cover just under three months. If you write once a week it will last more than a year and a half. The flexible design means you can move at your own pace without wasting pages.

Sustainability is a focus in everything we do and shapes every decision we make.

At Memoirs By Him, everything is designed with care for you and for the planet. Our journal is made from vegan leather with FSC-certified paper, and every order is wrapped in black, acid-free, FSC-certified tissue. We ship in compostable, BPA-free vacuum bags that break down in about 12 months, and black home-compostable mailers made from PBAT and cornstarch that decompose in 90 to 120 days.

Each time you hang a Memoirs By Him frame on your wall, you will also be helping the Foundation for National Parks & Wildlife plant a native tree here in Australia through our trusted partner.

If the order is fraudulent, meaning someone else is trying to use your card without permission, this review process helps stop that purchase from going through. While we may not be able to contact the true card owner in such cases, these extra steps significantly reduce the risk of fraudulent transactions on our site.
