Memoirs By Him is a Sydney-based brand creating men’s guided journals, with a small collection of minimalist fine art prints designed to support intentional living. We built this brand to give men a structured space for reflection. Not motivation. Not noise. Reflection that leads to clarity and long-term growth.

Memoirs By Him was founded in Sydney, Australia by Adam and Marc.
Like many men, we spent years consuming books, podcasts and ideas about personal growth without creating a consistent practice for reflection. Most journals felt generic. Some focused only on productivity. Others offered blank pages with little direction.
We wanted something different. A guided men's journal built around the areas of life that shape who a man becomes: health, relationships, purpose, finances, learning, environment, play, spirituality, service and self.
That idea became The Journal. A structured framework containing over 220 prompts designed to help men think more deeply, build self-awareness and create lasting personal growth through consistent reflection.
With backgrounds in creative direction and storytelling, we bring design, structure and philosophy together in physical form.
We create tools for men who value clarity, self-awareness and considered living.
